We are selfpublishbooks are very proud of the cookbooks that we print and bind. Our Ota-bind technique results in the book being able to to opened flat out, very useful for when the people are using the books and following the recipes or guides. We can also hardback the book. A Modern Irish Cook Book have published Goodall’s latest compilation of Irish cooking by (and for) Irish cooks. As outlined on Goodall’s website, this book contains a great variety of recipes — from light bites such as Spiced Beef Blinis to heartier meals like Tagliatelle & Smoked Trout — not to mention delicious desserts like Trifle Cake.
